Is anyone familiar with the differences between RX (such as Pancrease or Creon) and OTC pancreatic enzymes (such as Vital Nutrients Pancreatic Enzymes or ProThera's Theragest) besides the obvious difference of USP units of protease, lipase and amylase? Would one have greater advantages over the other for the breastfeeding mom of an infant with blood in stools? My immediate thought is that the limited research there is on this topic has been done with the RX version, Pancrease in particular.

Thanks for your input.
