I'm not sure what the answer is here but in Vancouver where we have a  
high Chinese population, it is common to hear mother's in hospital  
claim they have no milk and give formula, then they go home, find  
themselves engorged and the community health nurse finds the woman at  
home breastfeeding.  It may be that when this woman's milk comes in  
she will breastfeed her baby more because she can see that she has  
milk.  What did she do when she had her first baby?
