Isn't Sonoma County in California? If so, then the law applies to the employer, that they have to provide a break to pump, that is not in a bathroom. It doesn't have to be paid, but the mom can use her lunch period and/or breaks to pump. We need Cesar Chavez here, I'm sure, to enforce this.
