I may regret saying this but...this is how I see it.  I want credit for 
my work but there is sooo much work
to be done in this field and if giving someone my work allows them to 
spend more
time helping others then I am all for it.
However, I don't depend on my lectures for my livelihood and of course 
I certainly don't want someone taking advantage of
my generosity.
Yet again, so as long as they have a legitimate need and when they are 
using my presentation they give me credit there is something really
cool about others using my work to change the world.
