**That's true, to a certain extent. Considering the fact that America is
still asleep when I look for answers at 10.33 am... ;-) ... I considered
this to be the fastest resource. Apart from that, we don't always need the
highest expert. Social cohesion means that you ask your peers first and that
they can usually help you out. That's the whole idea behind breastfeeding
organisations. That idea being ingrained in my personality as well as my
professional attitude, I often turn to Lactnet first, this list being the
global lactation society. :o))

**Hmmm... I see... I would think it is desirable for VELB to take the same
stand, but having seen the last edition of 'Laktation und Stillen', I
suppose they don't (and fear they won't).
The next level in the 'hierarchy' is the Dutch breastfeeding congress,
organised by the coalition of Dutch breastfeeding organisations (LLL, VBN,
BFHI-body and Dutch professional lc-organisation), of which only LLL is
strongly committed to excluding code-violators from advertising. The other
three don't seem to have problems with M***** because they consider the part
of the WHO-code concerning bottles and teats 'outdated' in this day and
age... (See my yesterday's posting; I'm surprised that so far not more
people have expressed to be shocked by the fact that the BFHI-body allows
M***** on their posters...)
