I googled for that  a while ago and after entering 'who hierarchy infant
feeding', this link came up:

If you scroll down a bit until Figure 1, you can click on the little list.
This article is about preterm infants who cannot feed at breast yet, so that
option should be added before all the ones mentioned. I think we then have a
nice list, with ordinary formula coming at #4 for term babies and only at #7
for preterm babies! :-)

I am in need of the exact reference (or where to find it) of the statement
about the order in which to feed infants...i.e.: breastmilk at the breast,
expressed breastmilk from mom, donor milk, formula.

I have spent the better part of two days racking my brains and my
