Dear Lactnetters,
I have questions regarding patients taking Clomid, prometrium and
invetro fertilization with regards to milk supply.
Most often these moms end up C/S delivery. The milk may come in but
dwindles away slowly or need some supplementation to keep breastfeeding
even with pumping along with breastfeeding. Some have the breast
changes, nipple and areola changes. Not a lot of growth but some. I can
understand if PCOS along with all of this. Any insight would be
appreciated.
