I tend to share everything as I really want to help those who are
interested or who are working with women and their infants/young
children. I do ask them to recognise the work of those who contributed
to the resources. As Nikki Lee commented, converting the information to
PDF means that it is harder to copy without thinking at least about
copyright.

Its the need to share our knowledge that is so vital. However when I
pdf anything I do remove photos that are not free domain or written
consent as I agree the woman has the right to say how her photos will be
used.

The other day we had written consent to video a woman breastfeeding her
infant when the mother was fully ventilated in ICU (the baby was under
24 hours of age). However just to make sure I went back with the video
when she was extubated and she withdrew her consent. It was a magic
moment even though I am unable to share it. I did however make a copy
for her and her partner.
