While I have a very well developed sense of humour and enjoy most Monty Python skits, this one just didn't tickle my funny bone at all.  I think b/c the sad reality is that this is so true for so many women that I just couldn't bring myself to be laughing at it.  Makes me so thankful that of my four babies, the one that ended up being a hospital birth was a good experience with barely any intervention.
