In my country moms often reffer to their breasts as "tits" or "titties" (the word is quite similar in my language) and it is deffinitely a loaded word - this is the slang word for breasts that men use most often.
Babies seem to like the word a lot, so it is one of the most often heard toddlers words for breastfeeding (titti, titta etc). I think moms use it because it sounds funny as well as intimate (I mean intimate not in a sexual way, but as closeness).
The problem with breasts as in talking about breasts and saying the word on TV etc is non-existant here, but discussions about what baby-word to use about other body parts is really evergreen.
