I read in the latest edition of Breastfeeding and Human Lactation that it is unclear whether to store breastmilk pumped during a yeast infection but the book generally discourages it, saying home pasteurization can be performed on large amounts of pumped milk. It seems to me that if the baby is drinking milk from the breast during the infection and treatment then why throw away what is pumped?

Would someone tell me how to do home pasteurization on breastmilk that has been frozen?
