What advice would you give a mom (and grandmom) whose hearts are breaking with the news that the otherwise healthy infant had a positive PKU test?   
They are being told everything must be measured so the baby cannot go to the breast.  Or they can feed the newborn 2 oz of Pku formula, then put the baby to breast--when obviously the baby would not take the breast or might take it then vomit from the overload of milk...
