We are going to be moving in the next year and the smaller communities that we are looking at don't appear to have LC's on staff at the hospitals. I was thinking of writing out a proposal for a staff position and presenting it to the local hospitals, health departments, and some of the larger OB/midwife and pediatrician offices.
Has anyone done anything similar? I'd love some guidance as to how to write a professional proposal for this.
Thanks for any and all advice, suggestions, etc. you may have!!
