One of his rules is: Avoid food products containing ingredients that are:
A) unfamiliar; B) unpronounceable; C) more than five in number; or that
include D) high fructose corn syrup.
~~ I do understand his point, but I don't use rule B, since for many people
who happen to have healthcare backgrounds like nursing, PT, have taken
Latin in HS, etc, there is nothing unpronounceable...:) Also, sadly, many
people have become very familiar (A) with lots of things that are not good for
us and used to be unfamiliar. The new, cool-looking ads for high fructose
corn syrup as a healthy additive on US television is a good example of the
not food being made to sound like food...:(
