Until the room we used was taken away, we used to regularly have small 
groups of postpartum women together to view a video and 
chat/discuss/question.  Some had their babies with them.  Nobody in the 
hospital had any problem with this.   After all, if babies are grouped in a 
nursery with staff handling them - isn't that more of a threat for 
cross-infection?
