Dear Jean, I couldn't agree more with you. Did I somewhere pose the impression that I would like to see shipments of handpumps to Africa? That would have been a big mistake from me.

Most African countries would not have seen a breastpump - why introduce them? Most women on this continent are perfectly comfortable with their breasts (and their intended use) and therefore hand expression is easily taught and usually produces amazing results.
