church  for as long as possible this fall-winter-spring.  I think small LLL 
 meetings are safe if participants show good judgement and do not come if  
ill!

Good point, Pat.  Some local LLL meetings have up to 20 moms in  a  living 
room. The local hospital support group can have 25-30 in a  hospital meeting 
room ( this is a group for 0-3 months only). I guess we have to  think 
about how can we support these moms while not putting their babies at  risk. I 
wonder how many moms, feeling alone and overwhelmed by the transition to  
motherhood, would forgo their support group, or would risk giving up nursing, 
as  they are told to stay away from the group support they need. Something to 
think  about...
