The FDA have claimed jurisdiction and attempted to ban domperidone
altogether. However, Compounding Pharmacies lie in curious area of the
law which isn't necessarily under FDA jurisdiction - and furthermore,
there is recent judicial precedent in this area supporting compounding
pharmacies.
