I think "lots of milk" says quite a lot about this situation. Problems with too much milk and a forceful milk ejection reflex may mimic - or even cause! - alergic reactions, exaccerbate - or even cause! - reflux symptoms, etc, etc - and make babies really miserable.
I hear this quite a lot - "I have tons of milk, but my baby cannot tolerate it and dislikes the breast"...
