Are they asking about a creamotocrit, where they determine the amount of fat
in breastmilk? Some NICUs have one. I have also seen people spell it as
crematocrit. I take it this is not a NICU situation, but even so, they may
think it has the same application? Otherwise, I am sure there are several
independent food analysis labs that can do it, but also am puzzled on why
they would want to go this route.
