I realize we're straying off topic... But Cytotec (an ulcer drug, which is
used in the combination abortion pill, RU486, and quickly gaining
popularity as an induction drug) is contraindicated in pregnancy, the manufacturer
states it is NOT to be used for induction, and evidence shows it to be a
dangerous to both mother and baby.
~~ Hello all,
I respectfully disagree, I think this is a topic well worth time because so
many mothers and babies are having to work through these induced,
augmented, tidal wave-like managed labors and deliveries that bleed ( sometimes
literally) into the competencies of the post-partum days and weeks. I do find
it so ironic that a dangerous medication like Cytotec has become
normalized, whereas Domperidone has become demonized.
Sigh,
Peace,
