/A Survey of Nipple Shield Use among Knowledgeable Health Professionals/

The purpose of this study is to find out about health professionals’ 
attitudes and experiences with the use of nipple shields for nursing 
mothers.

YOUR PARTICIPATION IS ENTIRELY VOLUNTARY AND ANONYMOUS. WE WILL NOT ASK 
YOU TO IDENTIFY YOURSELF IN ANY WAY. PLEASE ONLY PARTICIPATE ONCE.

There are no major risks to you if you participate in this study, 
although the study will take 12-15 minutes to complete.
