I don't know for sure, but I think we would have heard or seen about such a case if it had happened.
The temptation might be to use the situation to 'advance' breastfeeding etc to the detriment of the mother and her family.
On the other hand, if handled with care and professionalism by a lawyer with the mother's best interests at heart, it could be a landmark 'win/win' case and set a legal precedent.
My thoughts relate mostly to the potential emotional 'costs' of such an action.
Tread carefully and keep listening - to the mother and your own instincts.
