This same situation was discussed on a private practitioners' list I am on.
That Mom was pumping for premies, too. It was diagnosed by a clever MD-MPH
as fungal in origin -- but *not* Candida/thrush. Antifungal therapy
improved the situation. The pump parts Mom is using probably need a
heavy-duty cleaning, as well. My thanks to Robin Frees and Liz Flight,
