If that's supposed to be "Prev-Pac", it's just lansoprazole,
amoxicillin, and clarithromycin. None of them are contraindicated in
breastfeeding, with a possible exception if the baby has an anaphylactic
allergy to one of the antibiotics.

All are given directly to children over 6 months of age. There are
dosing schedules available for giving lansoprazole and amoxicillin
directly to babies younger than three months of age. The pharmacist has
probably filled scripts of this sort, and has suffered in this case from
the complete failure to use a brain so common in those confronted with
their own irrational discomfort at a normal human activity.
