Are you all sitting down? The most beautiful private pumping room I've seen is at
Nestle Corp Headquarters here in Glendale, CA.  My jaw dropped when I saw the size;
the soft lighting; painted in earth tones and mauves; gentle music playing from somewhere;
about 8 individual cubicles each provided with a Classic. Kitchen area
provided several sinks so that if more than one mom needed to rinse out a kit. Free
storage bags; and individual labeled bins so each mother could place her bags or bottles
in the refrig. This was about 12 yrs ago. Only negative was the LC who had had a bad
experience with LLL; so she would not allow meeting notices or any referral material
at all...even though my meeting was and is still being held across the street. One employee
attended saying that each employee is given the choice of 1 year free formula or six months
free pump rental and of course use of the facility.
P.S. After all these years, that employee is still happy to be mailed our meeting notice (copies them on the company
copier...which seems weakedly ironic) and hands them out to any pregnant employee she sees.
