From my understanding it is IBFAN's role to help interpret the WHO policies regarding the Code and Resolutions; they provide low cost resources. For example the booklet "Protecting Infant Health: A Health Workers Guide to the International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes" 10th Ed, 2002 ($3. US) - has the resolutions in user friendly language. In Canada we can access these resources through INFACT. Not sure why there isn't a newer edition? And I just found it is in the ILCA bookstore for $5.50 US.
From the IBFAN site there is a list of resources which includes a newer booklet - Code Essentials I, 2008 which may be helpful? Has anyone seen this? Review from ILCA?
