A summary of the evidence regarding neuraminidase inhibitors in pregnant and breastfeeding women
This article summarizes the literature regarding the use of neuraminidase inhibitors, the drug type used to treat the H1N1 strain of influenza, in pregnant and breastfeeding women.  The CMAJ article summarizes specific studies that have investigated the use of oseltamivir and zanamivir in pregnant and breastfeeding women.  

The authors conclude that oseltamivir is preferred over zanamivir in pregnant women and that both drugs are compatible with breastfeeding.
