Homeopathy would be my first choice. I have had success with this in the
past. Failing that, sage.

Subject: relief for oversupply
Does anyone have any good tricks up their sleeves for extreme oversupply?
First baby, born a week ago, exclusively breastfed, nearly 6 ounces over
birth weight at 5 days. Mother has tried complete drainage and block
feeding as per Gonnikes's article, but after three or four hours she is
desperate again. Baby is now protesting some at coming to breast if it is
at all full, and having a hard time coping with the fire hose flow.
I know a few tricks, and am happy to see more mentioned here.
