With all the discussion of the Code and not promoting teats, I think we can still evaluate and 
form judgements about tools and gadgets that impede breastfeeding to a greater extent 
than others.  And in this regard, I am seeing the same thing that Cathy does with the 
Medela nipple.

I am seeing even more women having problems with the Free Style pump than I did before, 
it definitely is worse than the Pump In Style for the initiation of lactation when a baby is not 
yet capable of draining the breast after overcoming some challenge that occurred in the 
birthing process.
