I don't know the answer to the question on oxytocin in cow's milk but I
learned something recently about cow's milk through my son. He's a
researcher, like me. He was obsessed for a while about solving his acne
problem. He's 18 and felt that having acne was the worst plague in the
world. Looking online he found an article in a dermatology journal that
said that in a controlled study they found that teens that drank cow's
milk had higher amounts of acne than those that didn't. This was for
those that drank organic milk from cows that weren't fed hormones, too.
They said that the cow's own hormones are in the milk and evidently were
having an effect. I wonder if we won't find more and more effects from
drinking another species' milk over the years.

About Linda Palmer's book, I know her and have her book. She is what I
love in an author. She explores alternatives and yet wants them backed
up with solid research. It's a great book to have on hand.
