I definitely noticed that in general (actually pretty profoundly), the
Balinese women I worked with at the clinic in September had much
more protuberant, and almost fibrous, nipples than the Caucasian women I'm
used to working with. We (Caucasians) have must flatter and softer nipples
in my experience.

This definitely is not well studied--just something I recently had the
opportunity to observe.
