I forgot to mention the most obvious ... I ALWAYS start a class - including
teens - with the short self-attachment video from Geddes Productions (no
financial interest on my part!).  

I was really questioned whether this was appropriate when I planned this for
a mixed high school group in a Catholic school in Puerto Rico  - but I did
it and the nuns AND the students were amazed!  

The thought behind this was that otherwise they would be thinking..... "when
is she going to show BREASTS" and be distracted throughout the class - I
STARTED showing breasts - and from then on we were able to "get over it" and
talk about the REAL information then wanted/needed.
