Subject: help....how can I break my baby of being a mammal?
[Said while ducking under my table in preparation for the backlash]
Her doctor *is* an idiot.
And I would be happy to inform this mother of that fact. Though, in a
moment of political correctness and professional protection, I might word it
like this: "Well, those are the most idiotic comments I have ever heard.
They do not reflect normal infant development in the slightest." Then I
would ask if she would like a referral to doctor who DOES understand normal
infant development and lactation.
[Be gentle. it's Christmas!]
