I did hear back from Dr. Tom Hale on this and he said,  "Human chorionic
gonadotropin (hCG) is a glycoprotein composed of 244 amino acids with a
molecular mass of 36, 700 Daltons. It is far too large to enter milk."

I did relay the information and discouraged her participating in the diet.
