In the 1988 version (yes, I have both -- I don't throw ANYTHING away) and
should have looked there last night -- it is on page 1. First para of Chapter
1 -- Why is Breastfeeding Political.
So, as far as I can tell, Gabrielle wrote it first, and James Grant modified
it into the "dream" sequence....
But regardless of whether it was Gabrielle or Jim Grant or Frank Oski or
Kermit the Frog, it is a fabulous statement and I wish I had thought of it
first....any/all permutations....
