Lori,
I have put up tents at events like street fairs and health fairs..we have a 
banner across the front and call it the "Rock n' Rest Baby Tent" It was a 
rented, 3 sided cost about $100 to rent for the day
Had a changing table, rockers, and bottled water.  The moms love it!
