Hmmm ... lab error? Hmmm ... blame the breastmilk ... Is there any other
evidence of illness?  If not, is there any real indication for further
investigation?  If there is and if retesting yields similar results, I would
be doing a search to determine what metabolic disorders (unrelated of course
to breastfeeding) might be causing these readings.  If the baby was formula
fed, I'd bet London to a brick that this paed wouldn't be blaming the
formula.
