There are plenty of free images of breastfeeding in photo libraries.  I create 
publications and websites and been lucky enough to be able to pay for 
images, without going broke.  Electronic images of happy babies, 
breastfeeding babies and breastfeeding todlers can be bought for as low as 
$1.00.  Images for print are more expensive but it is still reasonable and 
affordable.  Photo Clipart is free and their library of breastfeeding images has 
increased. 
Yes it is easier to find bottle images (image google baby and a bottle will show 
up too).  Most publishing houses know you can get a photo of anything.  
Placing a bottle image is clearly a choice that they have made.  :(
