Hi! My name is Shanti. I'm a new IBCLC. I was a mother/baby nurse,
doula, and childbirth educator just prior to being certified. I work
in a hospital setting as a lactation consultant and also facilitate
some post partum support groups. I was approached by a LLL leader who
had a question I could not answer. Does anyone know anything about a
movement towards exclusive breastfeeding until the 2-year molars come
in and denying baby other foods during this time? There is someone in
our community that may be doing this and we are concerned and want to
learn more about it. Thanks!
