I had one Mum who went to 5/6 weeks like this. Had scans, blood work,
the lot. Appeared to be no let-down. She had a history of Graves'
disease but thyroid had been normal and everything under control
throughout pregnancy.
At 5 weeks, she gave up, as it was causing too much disruption to her
bonding with her baby. I did suggest the nasal spray to see it that got
her a let-down, but that info came too late for her - she'd resolved to
concentrate on her and the baby at that point.
