For more datapoints, examples of violations in the marketing of Medela
products include this advertisement:

<http://www.knockedupdeals.com/article73.html>

The feeding bottles are clearly being sold and promoted standalone while
pictured with a teat in place, including push promotions with the
discount price listed.

This particular dealer placed a Twitter advertisements complete with
that Iconic Bottle graphic from the top left corner of the page.

There are also giveaways such as this one:

<http://problemsolvinmom.blogspot.com/2009/02/medela-swing-pump-bottle-s
et-giveaway.html>

in which the bottles are pictured separately from the pump, again with
teat attached in the picture. It is NOT being marketed as a "breastmilk
storage container" which is the usual loophole, it's being marketed as a
feeding bottle.

Here's another bottle giveaway sponsored by Medela - this time with no
pump in sight.

Scroll down and you will see that a glass feeding bottle and teat set is
being given away as a promotion, completely independent of a pump.

All of these promotions have been marketed via Twitter recently.
