Dear all:
I hadn't thought much about the gun analogy before, but now Morgan is challenging me to
look up the stats on how many babies are killed with guns and how many babies die from
the use of the bottle. On a worldwide basis, I am not sure that the bottles isn't the
underlying cause of more deaths. Even in the United States, formula feeding increases the
risk of death by 20% and in developing areas of the world, pumps are not as prevalent so
formula and/or use of unclean bottles would be a huge source of excess deaths.
