Hi Adriana,
Here in Argentina we call an IBCLC "Consultora (Consultor in case of a man,
although there are only a few) Certificada de Lactancia".
I guess "Especialista en Lactancia" is also a good way to call them.
"Asesora" is another word that is used, as well. "Consejera" is another
possibility.
There are other Spanish speaking LLL Leaders in this list, some of them are
IBCLCs as well. I am sure they will come up with better translations.
