Susan, interesting that you would bring this up. I met a lovely woman at a
conference a few weeks ago, and she had this to say about leaders vs
facilitators (not sure where she got it, so I'll accredit it to Jalisa
Johnson, an adorable collegiate from Florida):
A leader is one who is willing to go before.
A facilitator is one who eases the path for others.
