Hello to all.  I'm new the Lactnet board.  I'm a LLL leader(12 years) in
Cincinnati.  I've held area positions and am now working primarily with
employed mothers who want to continue nursing, despite regular seperation.
 I've held support group meetings for these moms for 7 years now.  I am a
teacher by education, but do my teaching through LLL and breastfeeding now.
 I have two children, a son 12 and a daughter 15.  I'll be married 19 years
this summer.

In regard to protein spots, are these like a hive, but with a white head
pimple in the middle?  I saw these on a newborn last week.  Mom asked about
them and I was lacking an answer for her.  It was similar to milk rash but
appeared randomly on the torso too.  Baby hadn't been feeding well.  Could
you better describe their appearance.
