Infliximab (Remicade) is a monoclonal antibody to TNF-alpha used to treat Crohn's disease and rheumatoid arthritis.  Infliximab is a very large molecular weight antibody and is largely retained in the vascular system.  In a study of one breastfeeding patient who received 5 mg/kg IV, infliximab levels were determined in milk at 0, 2, 4, 8, 24, 48, 72 hours, and 4, 5, and 7 days.  None was detected in milk at any time (detection limit <0.1 micrograms/mL).

Infliximab is pobably too large to enter milk in clinically measurable amounts.  It would not be orally available.
