Does anyone have a copy of hand expression they might be able to share?  I 
would pay for postage.  Please contact me off - lactnet.  I would be so 
grateful to have something to share with the post-partum nurses as well as 
myself.  I can do it but it is hard for me to explain it ( to all the staff) and I do 
have moms that are interested.  WE rely on pumps far too much.  And at 
times run out.. I would love the option for moms to be able to rely on their 
bodies and actually use their hands instead of a machine all the time!

I would be most grateful for any info on good hand expression written 
literature.  Not websites.  Thank you in advance.
