I have a client who had a nipple bleb, which we removed but now there is a
hole the size of a pencil lead that never closes. Milk comes out of it just
fine and it is not red or at all infected looking, it just stays open. The
bothersome thing is that it is sore to the mom. I'm wondering if anything
needs to be done about it and how to alleviate the soreness. It doesn't seem
to be replugging now that the mom is vigilant about it.
