More cynical than thou? I'll cop that.

I'm thinking all bets are off for someone who truly believes that a
newborn's feeding troubles are caused by the milk of a healthy mother
not containing enough of [x ingredient].

Low blood sugar (and we've no idea why that was measured or how) ->
measure milk sugar -> measure milk glucose (cos "glucose" = "sugar",
right?)-> label milk 'broken' ... yes, I can see it happening. Sadly.
